Time residing in NYC, Los Angeles, and Australia and her extensive travels around the world lend a global sensibility to Courtney’s grounded Southern roots.

With extensive training in DBT and MI modalities, Courtney is a CARC-certified and Trauma-Informed Coach. Committed to a holistic approach, Courtney has completed her Yoga Teacher Training and incorporates movement and yoga in her work with clients.
